For those who wish their arms posthaste, our Standard Bearer service delivers your order within 10-15 days after dispatch. Like the swiftest medieval courier, these trusted carriers will bear your goods for a modest fee of £12.95.

Free Caravan Service (EMS)

For orders exceeding £50, we dispatch your items via our Free Caravan (EMS) – a more economical route that delivers within 15-25 days after leaving our York workshop. Perfect for those planning their campaigns in advance.

The Journey of Your Order

  1. The Forging: Upon receiving your order, our armourers prepare your items with care (1-2 days processing).
  2. The Dispatch: Your historical treasures begin their voyage from our York stronghold.
  3. The Tracking Scroll: You’ll receive a missive (tracking number) to follow your package’s progress.
  4. The Arrival: Your items reach your keep, ready for display or combat.

Our Promise of Safe Passage

Each piece is carefully packaged as if preparing for siege transport:

If Your Goods Don’t Arrive as Promised

Should your items bear signs of battle damage from transit or fail to meet your expectations, you have 15 days from receipt to request a return. Contact our customer service at [email protected] to arrange safe return passage.
