Are your products functional or decorative?
We offer both! Many of our weapons and armour pieces are battle-ready, forged for actual combat or martial arts training, while others are museum-quality display pieces. Product descriptions clearly indicate each item’s purpose.
Do you offer custom-made or bespoke armour pieces?

Which regions do you ship to?
Our caravans travel worldwide, except to certain parts of Asia and remote regions due to customs restrictions. If your kingdom isn’t listed at checkout, we regrettably cannot serve you at this time.
Will I need to pay customs fees?
International recipients may face customs duties determined by their local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, as we cannot predict or control them.
How is my order packaged?
Each piece is prepared for transport as if embarking on campaign: blades are sheathed, armour wrapped in anti-corrosion materials, and fragile items padded like precious relics. We take every precaution to ensure safe arrival.

What is your return policy?
You have 15 days from receipt to request a return for items damaged in transit or not meeting expectations. Contact our customer service to arrange safe return passage. Items must be in original condition with all packaging.
