Noble patrons and valiant collectors, should any of our arms or armour not meet your expectations, we hereby declare our policy for returns and exchanges with the same honour as our knights pledge their fealty.

1. The Right to Return Your Wares

You may return or exchange most items purchased from our armoury within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are:

  • In their original condition
  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Notice Regarding Special Items

Certain items from our collection cannot be returned for reasons of safety and hygiene:

  • Drinkware (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gloves & Gauntlets (when removed from original packaging)
  • Discount Packs (unless all items in the pack are returned together)
  • Custom-made or personalized items

2. The Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps as carefully as a squire follows his knight’s instructions:

Step 1: Send Word to Our Customer Service Scribes

Within 15 days of receiving your order, dispatch a message to [email protected] with the following information:

Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]

Message:

Hail to the noble keepers of Knight Equipment Store,

I wish to return/exchange the following item(s) from my order #[Your Order Number]:

Item Name: [Item Name]

Reason for return/exchange: [Please specify]

I prefer: [Refund/Exchange for [Item Name]]

My original payment method was: [Visa/MasterCard/JCB/PayPal]

[Your Full Name]

Step 2: Await Our Response

Our customer service scribes will respond within 2 business days with:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Instructions for returning your item(s)
  • The return address for our armoury

Step 3: Dispatch Your Return

Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging and include:

  • The RMA number clearly visible on the outside
  • A copy of your order confirmation

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Refund of Your Gold

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Exchanges of Wares

If you wish to exchange an item:

  • We will process the exchange once we receive your return
  • If the new item costs more, you will need to pay the difference
  • If the new item costs less, we will refund the difference

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Should you receive damaged goods or incorrect items:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected]
  • Include photographs of the damage or incorrect item
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
