Below you shall find our policies regarding the delivery of your wares and the rare occasion when a return might be necessary.

Shipping Your Noble Purchases

We dispatch all orders from our armoury in York with the swiftness of a charging destryer:

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and feast days)
  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx – £12.95 (10-15 days delivery after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over £50 (15-25 days delivery after dispatch)

Note: Some remote regions of Asia and distant lands may not be served by our couriers.

Our Return & Exchange Chivalry

Should any item fail to meet your expectations, you may return most wares within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are:

  • In original, unused condition
  • With all original packaging and tags
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Restricted Items (Cannot Be Returned):

  • Drinkware (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gloves & Gauntlets (when removed from original packaging)
  • Discount Packs (unless all items are returned together)
  • Custom-made or personalized items

The Return Process – A Noble Quest in Three Steps

Step 1: Send Word to Our Customer Service Scribes

Within 15 days of receiving your order, dispatch a raven (or email) to [email protected] with:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Message containing:
    • Item name and reason for return/exchange
    • Your preference (refund or exchange item)
    • Original payment method (Visa/MasterCard/JCB/PayPal)
    • Your full name

Step 2: Await Our Response

Our scribes will respond within 2 business days with:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Instructions for returning your item(s)
  • The return address for our armoury

Step 3: Dispatch Your Return

Pack the item(s) securely with:

  • The RMA number clearly visible
  • A copy of your order confirmation

Note: We recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund of Your Gold

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Refunds processed within 5 business days
  • Issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs non-refundable (unless due to our error)

Note: Your financial institution may require additional time to show the refund in your account.

Exchanging Your Wares

For exchanges:

  • Processed upon receipt of your return
  • Price differences will be adjusted (you pay more or receive refund for less)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged goods or incorrect items:

  • Include photographs of the issue
  • We’ll arrange replacement or refund at no cost to you
